ECO4 Grants

Home Energy That’s Efficient, Comfortable, and Environmentally Friendly
Leading the way to a greener future

What is ECO4?

ECO4, launched in April 2022, is the latest phase of a UK government initiative designed to improve home energy efficiency. The ECO program began in 2013 with the goal of requiring energy companies to provide free or low-cost energy-saving upgrades to low-income households.

Since its launch, more than 2.4 million homes across the UK have received energy-efficiency improvements, with wall insulation being the most common upgrade. These measures have saved households an estimated £20 billion in energy costs.

By 2023, five versions of the ECO scheme had been introduced, and ECO4 will continue running until 2026.
